Owner Finance :  This is an opportunity to buy a business with a small downpayment and own the business and the seller of the business will be the bank for you!  Terms are negotiable between the seller and buyer!

Lease Option: How it works, You will enter into an agreement with a seller stating that you will lease the property with a purchase date of a certain period of time at a certain agreed upon price. What this does is allows you to take over the business or move into a property work on your credit and finances until you are able to purchase the business or home, but in the mean time you are the owner with an agreed upon price.
